When the

Alerts happen. They are not a reason for your animal to be left on a table alone. Marta works to one plan, every time, and you are told where your pet is at each step.
Alert during the groom
Marta stops, wraps your pet and carries it to the shelter in the same building — forty seconds from the table. A carrier, water and a towel live by the door for exactly this.
A long alert, or you are close by
You can collect your pet from the shelter yourself. Whatever is left of the groom is finished at the first slot that suits you, at no extra charge.
